Terms and Conditions
For our purposes the UK includes England, Scotland, Wales, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland.
Items are placed on a next day delivery service to England, Low Lands of Scotland and Wales. Items are sent out by Courier Service. Please note that deliveries on our Standard Service take place between 8am and 6pm. A signature is required.
Items to the Highlands of Scotland, Grampian, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland are placed on a 3 day service.
An email will be sent to confirm the order.
Items can be delivered next day if an order is received by 11am and your items are in stock.
Please allow up to a maximum of 5 working days for delivery unless a specific date is requested. Please see "Preferred Delivery Date" box at the end of your order.
If we are unable to meet your requested delivery date we will contact you to arrange another convenient day.
The Courier will attempt a maximum of three deliveries to your delivery address (please note they are not obliged to leave a calling card to say they have attempted delivery), before returning your items back to us. The cost of re-sending out any returned items will lie with the customer.

Please check all parcels are present and intact on delivery before signing your delivery ticket (Items cannot be replaced if a parcel is missing that you have signed for).
When signing for you items please ensure that you also date and time the courier’s sheet.
If you are unsure about any item please sign for it as damaged, and call us on 0114 2762288 within 48hrs to report this item as damaged. Any items that have not been signed for as damaged will not be replaced.
Please ensure that you check all parcels and long lengths for damaged or missing items. Please report any damaged or missing items and ensure that all parts fit together i.e. fusion brackets fit in the baluster etc, to us on 0114 2762288. Items must be reported within 10 working days of your order being received in order for these to be replaced.
We recommend that customers allow sufficient time for your stair parts to become acclimatised before fitting them. We cannot be held responsible for movement within the wood as this is a natural product.
Cost
To England, Low Lands of Scotland and Wales delivery cost is £15.00 + V.A.T. Standard Delivery Service, deliveries take place between 8am & 6pm.
To Highlands of Scotland Grampian, Isle of Wight. Isle of Man £20.00 + V.A.T to the cost of normal delivery. Deliveries are placed on a 3 day service.
Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland deliveries add £35+VAT to the cost of normal delivery. Deliveries are placed on a 3 day service.
Before 12.00pm deliveries please add £10.00+VAT to the cost of normal delivery.
(Not available in Highlands of Scotland, Grampian, Isle of Wight, Isle Of Man, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland)
For a Saturday delivery please add £20.00 + VAT to the cost of normal delivery)
(Not available in Highlands of Scotland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland)
Sunday and Bank Holidays are not available.
Returned items
Our “no quibbles” guarantee mean that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and will issue a full refund for the price paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
All returned items are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
Items that are returned after the 30 day returns period are subject to a further 10% charge.
Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:
• Quote all invoice numbers and date received item
• In case of fault or damage with item, please detail fault or damage
• Wrap all items securely in it original packaging
• Cost of returning item is paid for by the customer

We will notify you when the item(s) have been received and the item refunded. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Cancelled Orders
Order that have not been dispatched can be cancelled free of charge.
Cancelled orders that have been dispatched will incur a 10% re-stocking fee and your delivery charge will not be refunded. This includes orders that have been returned back to us after a failed delivery attempt by the Courier service.
All returned items are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee
Items that are returned after the 30 day returns period are subject to a further 10% charge.
Making your Payment
When ordering from our site we offer two methods of payment.
You may enter your payment details into our secure server. Entering your credit card details into the secure server does not automatically debit your card as we manually process your payment when we are ready to dispatch your goods.
You may request an order form containing the items you require which can then be returned with a cheque (Please allow 5 days to clear).

We value your security and as such have done our utmost to ensure that none of your personal information is at risk while visiting our site.
Credit Card Security if you enter your payment details into our shopping system, you can be assured that those details are secure.

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000/Returns
Since 31st October 2000 UK Consumers now have the right to cancel their order within a "cooling off period" which lasts 7 days from the day after taking delivery. Cancellation must either be in the form of facsimile. Email or letter and Sent to our address as listed on the contact page of this site. If you cancel your order under these provisions then you will be responsible for returning the goods to us in good condition or alternatively you will be responsible for our costs in recovering the goods. You must make sure the goods remain undamaged and unused. The delivery of goods to you is a separate contract for services and is not covered by the Cooling off period: therefore any refund made will not include the costs of delivery of the goods to you.

The information we collect about you includes your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and account details. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold is to the best of our ability accurate and based solely on information we receive from you and it remains as up to date as it can be. You can check what information we hold about you, by writing to us. We will delete or correct any inaccuracy promptly-. This information is held securely. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent.
If you do give us personal information. Either by filling out an order form or using the contact form, then you can be assured that this information will only ever be used in the way that you specify. -Any sensitive data that you might supply can be assured to be safe. It is at no point stored in any form of electronic retrieval system to which persons outside Stair Parts Online could gain access.
We will not contact you unless it has been requested, nor will you be asked to buy anything and you won't be flooded with e-mail.
